A Private Family Compound Located in al khobar, KSA. The compound consists of 10 villas and a sport hall with a central playground area. The Modern as well as traditional approach is used in the Villa design, with elegant Arcades and detailed wooden (Mashribiya) used as terrace rails and window shades.Minimalism was the theme of the design. Simple white facades accented with louvered openings were the highlight of the design, accompanied with linear shading elements and louvered overhangs, giving a simplified modern facade that provides luxury, comfort and modesty for the users and owners, while also improves the street elevations and walking experience. The dynamic design of the site makes it an iconic element within the context. The aim of the design was to allow the presence of clustered units dynamically arranged, where harmony was an important aspect that was fulfilled during the design. Clear and viable accessibility routes were also taken into consideration to enhance walk ability within the site. The site is also provided with a vibrant center where activities and entertainment take place.
