Al wafaa is a residential development of villa and apartment units that are located in .KSA. The project consists of 8 detached urban villa units with four apartment buildings on the sides. The oriental modern approach towards the design of the villa attempts to create a contemporary unique piece of architecture that represents the modern home standards. The Straight lucid lines that define the facades of the house combined with the light beige materials and transparent glass create an aesthetically pleasing sleek and elegant exterior that compliments the soft simple simple design of the landscape.
