The Ras Tanora residential Project is located in Ras Tanura, KSA along the eastern coast of the Arabian Gulf in Dammam, KSA. The Master plan was designed with an innovative sustainable concept, where the landscape and built forms take full advantage of the present natural resources, providing stunning and scenic oceanic views creating a comforting living space. A main central green spine penetrates the site, dividing clusters of villa and Apartment units either side that includes several facilities, play areas and green open space. The project represents an extraordinary opportunity to explore the sense of life through the proposed design for the site, and the unique urban condition of Ras Tanura. A main green spine is the Natural Axis where different landscape elements are situated. They are strategically located in order to use the most of the natural elements provided by the site, this spine has divided the site into two neighborhoods, which leads to a central node of the site.
