The Affordable housing that is located in KSA, is a residential project optimizing the use of minimal costs creating an affordable housing that comprises multiple residential typologies . The design challenge was to create a high quality housing standards with minimal costs. The design offers multiple plan typologies with the use of simple design and low cost materials that opt for an affordable housing. The residential units are clustered in a linear organization, where the architectural solution provides a comfortable accommodation for the residents.
