MAAD Project is a proposed hotel complex; the target was to create a design that combines residential and commercial usages that also reflects a new working plan by merging domestic life with hospitable activities within a culturally rich natural environment taking into account the environmental aspects, reflecting Makka's traditional style in a contemporary way. The design aims to create a highly vibrant, enjoyable & hospitable environment for the visitors, whilst considering the ease of access, using different circulation elements. The podium, hosts a variety of retail shops, restaurants and cafes to cater for casual and fine dining, offering potential for other commercial uses. It also includes a landscaped garden. The Maad Complex will be a fine leisure and hospitable.
