The Dar El Youm office building won first prize in an international competition amongst 20 other entries from several countries. The Architectural design of the twenty story tower strives to symbolize boldness and represent its contemporary vision and innovation enthusiastically. The design is challenged by its status as an icon, which gives identity to the entire development. The tower is also considered the first green building in the eastern region by taken the bream accreditation.
