The Suwaikat project expands laterally covering a long rectangular piece of land, located in Khobar KSA, is a commercial, hotel, residential and office complex with a post-modern design of the building forms and structures A podium links the buildings creating a unified element for the buildings on the ground floor. A pedestrian walkway path connects the site elements to each other as well as creating a direct pedestrian access to each building.
