The main concept of the project is achieving maximum integration of the built environment with the natural vegetation and landscape. Natural levels and contour lines existing in the site are not altered or changed. Building placement is carefully studied, in addition to water features and landscape elements in addition to the use of terrace houses which are all combined to provide hierarchy in urban spaces, ranging from public to semi-public & private spaces.
