The Smart Home project is a residential urban typology centrally located in the Dammam Metropolitan area, designed to fully utilize the site area in order to maximize energy efficiency. The Site that spans an area of 190,000 m2 consists of more than 100 villa units, a club house and detail landscaping with open play areas. The modern and minimalist designs of the Villa units are designed as an energy efficient building unit with the use of sustainable methods that minimize energy use. The design also emphasize on the use of natural day light into the space setting, creating an ambient and expansive interior setting.
