The Project Site is located at the eastern side of the Suez Canal, which was a location of great importance both on the local, as well as the international level. This strategic location enables it to serve thousands of yachts sailing through the Mediterranean Sea and to various countries around the world. It also represents a major attraction and recreational area for local residents.
