The Ras Tanoura development is located in Ras Tanura, KSA is an urban residential project that aims at providing higher standards of living with sustainable environments. The Concept of the residential project is materialized by the strong presence of a green structure and the usage of a green spine that represents a natural axis with different landscape elements that are strategically located on the spine. The spine divides the site into two neighborhoods that are further divided into two clusters, enriched with its own extensive landscaping elements providing a unique and welcoming experience. The master plan design includes three main neighborhoods, taking advantage of location, views and natural sea breezes and Differentiated from a typical urban context. The landscape contains the key functions of this urban enclave. The central gardens contain a central square that includes commercial spaces as an accessible focus for public gathering and events, encouraging the experience of city and nature at the same time. With private courtyards and gardens aligned with the spaces between buildings, this bio-integration of architecture, natural landscape and a natural water element will define a new development paradigm for Ras Tanora that maximizes density, value and returns, both ecologically and economically.
