A futuristic and modern residential building design located in Jeddah KSA. The high rise building offers all the living amenities of extravagant living standards as well as a sustainable community. The Residential tower consists of a ground floor and three upper floors that constitute a commercial section, with the residential units on the remaining floors. The building's design was to incorporate the concept of sustainability with the use of landscape features and open spaces across the floors.
