The Azizia Resort Consisting of residential villa units are designed around a main spine located in Khobar KSA. The master plan was characterized by a central pedestrian spine, starting at the main entrance and ending with the local mosque, integrated with soft landscape and lush vegetation. The villa units are clustered around the central spine, with a ring road and pedestrian pathways being closely linked together.
