The 6th October sport club project was designed to serve the central banks community enhancing social activities, serving as a cultural hub to its society. The Site was characterized by a gentle slope towards the north, which affected the proposed design layout were most buildings were oriented to face the preferred northern winds. A green belt surrounding the entire site was suggested to act as a buffering zone protecting the site from the surrounding dessert climate.
