People now perceive offline shopping culture as a special event as consumers could obtain a more intuitive understanding of the products and brands. A mix of retail shops, restaurants and cafeterias is interspersed with joyful colored elements as the sky walking corridor and cafeteria terraces overlooking the street landscape. The façade design balances between the desire of the client to create a striking shopping complex and the restrictive architectural conditions in this area. The bright colored louvers installed in the facade creates an energetic entrance to the shopping zone reflecting of the deep seasonal colors of its surroundings.
