The Menna Valley residential project, located in Cairo, Egypt comprises multiple residential typologies, the challenge of the design was to take advantage of the sloping site while also developing a homogenous urban fabric. The design opens an opportunity to create a unique residential project with spontaneous grounds Surrounded by vast grasslands and other open spaces with facilities that serve the residents by all possible means. The residential units are clustered in a linear organization, where the architectural solution not only provides comfortable accommodation for the residents but also forms a creative environment that encourages communication.
