The Project won first prize in an architectural design Competition in Cairo, Egypt.it includes both residential and recreational facilities, each with separate entrances, and the design concept depended on creating a public urban space suitable for gathering and encouraging communication. The residential units area designed to enjoy beautiful urban views.
